Award-winning dancehall star Stonebwoy has pledged his full support for the 2026 HoodTalk Music Festival, set for September 5 at Black Star Square, following a courtesy visit to philanthropist and DreamChild Foundation co-founder Kofi Amoakohene at his Accra residence.
During the visit, the ‘Le Gba Gbe’ hitmaker presented a copy of his latest album, Torcher Experience, to Mr Amoakohene and commended his commitment to projecting Ghanaian music onto the global stage. Stonebwoy expressed his readiness to back any initiative championed by Mr Amoakohene, pledging his full commitment to future collaborations that pair music with social impact.
Themed “Vibe with a Purpose,” the festival aims to raise awareness and mobilise funds to build pediatric clinics across five regions of Ghana. Mr Amoakohene, whose DreamChild Foundation is backing the event, called on A-list artistes and industry stakeholders to rally behind the cause, while Stonebwoy urged fellow musicians to prioritise the health and well-being of children across the continent.
